A C19 th Italian hand carved walnut open armchair

Item description

This incredibly carved chair is a real feast for the eyes. Showing off all the master craftsmanship of this one maker. The seat is upholstered with its original leather and studded. The back rest of the chair displays ornate armorial with the lion mask in the centre of the shield sword behind and eagle heads either side with garlands hanging from their beaks .
